Miranda Rought, Owner & Founder
Miranda started Patriot Heat & Air after years of working in HVAC and believing there was a better way to serve people. Coming from a proud veteran family, she built the company from the ground up with a focus on integrity, craftsmanship, and community.
Miranda goes the extra mile for every customer—from filing rebate paperwork to helping with tax credit forms, or just showing up with a smile. She’s committed to hiring the best team, maintaining top certifications (including the American Standard Platinum Dealer Award), and fostering a workplace rooted in service.
Beyond HVAC, she leads in her community. Miranda serves on the Hollister Chamber board and heads the Leading Ladies group—supporting women in business across the Ozarks. Her leadership sets the tone for everything Patriot Heat & Air stands for.
Cherry – Dispatcher
Cherry is the friendly voice on the other end of the phone. She keeps our schedules on track, answers questions with clarity, and ensures you feel taken care of from start to finish.
Scott – Service Technician
Scott is known for his precision, professionalism, and calm presence on the job. Whether it’s a mid-summer AC repair or a routine tune-up, Scott shows up on time, explains things clearly, and gets the job done right the first time.
Bridget – Install Coordinator
